1. Permitted Use

KUIQ POS is provided for lawful retail store, restaurant, and inventory operations. You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials.

2. Business Data Ownership

Your products, invoices, and customer records remain your exclusive property. You may export them at any time via the one-click Export tools.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid workspace plans are billed recurringly through PCI-compliant providers (Stripe or PayFast). You can cancel at any time.
